流程簡介:
把不同的物料(濃度、溫度、叩解度、配料成份)通過特制的放料箱均勻布置有重力脫水區的濾網上脫除游離態水,后進入“楔”型脫水區,使物料受下上、下網的輕度擠壓,繼續脫除物料中的游離水,使物料完全失去流動性,纖維間的拉力大大增加,物料的濃度已達到6-10%,再進入回旋(幅度可調)脫水區,脫除物料中的游離水及化合水,該脫水區使物料的濃度達到10-14%,然后進入壓榨脫水區進行強制脫除物料中的化合水及細胞內水,使物料的濃度達到30%以上,通過卸料刮刀將物料餅刮落到下一工序(如物料中含有汽體,整機設置封閉氣罩,把汽體引出)
Process introduction:
Different materials (concentration, temperature, tapping degree, ingredients) are evenly arranged in a special feeding box on a filter screen with gravity dehydration zone to remove free water, and then enter a "wedge" type dehydration zone, so that the material is subjected to mild extrusion of the upper and lower nets, and the free water in the material is continuously removed, so that the material completely loses its flow. The tension between fibers increases greatly, and the concentration of the material reaches 6-10%. Then it enters the cyclotron (adjustable range) dehydration zone to remove free and combined water from the material. The dehydration zone makes the concentration of the material reach 10-14%. Then it enters the pressing dehydration zone to force the removal of combined water and intracellular water from the material. So that the concentration of materials to more than 30%, through the discharge scraper to scrape material cake to the next process (such as material containing steam, the whole machine set up a closed hood, the steam out).
